The Gold Vase was one of BSA’s flagship models, introduced to provide an upmarket but cheaper option to the renowned BSA Opperman …which was double its selling price.
I bought this beautifully preserved example from the family of the original owner. He only used it for a short time and it has ben in dry storage since. As you can see, it is in remarkable unrestored original condition. So I’ve described it as ‘new-old-stock.’
It has recently had new tyres fitted. So, as well as being perfect for a museum or show display, it is also ready to ride.
